Allie is insightful, supportive and encouraging. I work with chronic neck and hip issues and she always customizes our sessions to the needs of the day while maintaining the overall goal of flexibility and strength that we are working towards. I highly recommend her to everyone I work with. She sees how you move and how the different aches, soreness and muscle tightness create an overall picture. She's a joy to work with!
Allie understands the body and offers solid technique to release tension and pain. Her teaching style encompasses strength, release, gentleness, along with embracing emotional connection.
Yoga has been the best of all the alternative therapies I've tried for my chronic neck pain. Allie has been a wonderful instructor and coach, starting with private sessions and moving on to group classes. She is incredibly knowledgeable and gifted at tailoring yoga postures and exercises to what I need to help with what is going on with my body. Her kind and gentle manner makes her very easy to work with. Allie's expertise with myofascial release has been a great help as well. Thank you Allie!
