Yoga has become a lifestyle choice for Allie and brings her much happiness and joy in her daily life. It's her hope to share this experience with others through her classes, one on one private sessions, teacher trainings and workshops. Allie currently teaches Prenatal, Restorative, Pranayama, Myofascial Release, Nidra and Hatha/Vinyasa style of yoga. She is currently in training as a Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapist which is deeply informing her work with individuals within a private setting.
EXCEPTIONAL TRAINING WITH YOGA MEDICINE
As a Yoga Medicine® Registered Therapeutic Specialist, Allie is trained to look at the function & dysfunction of the human body in order to work more efficiently. She has received her 500 RYT through Yoga Medicine and is currently working towards her 1000 hour certification. She is committed to gaining a deeper understanding of the human body and to incorporate therapeutics into her teachings . More about Allie
