ABOUT ALLIE GEER
What is Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy This is a light touch bodywork done on a massage table with the client fully clothed. A skilled practitioner listens to the pulsations and natural rhythms within the body. The body speaks through its rhythms, micro movements and innate intelligence. Testimonials
"Allie is insightful, supportive and encouraging. I work with chronic neck and hip issues and she always customizes our sessions to the needs of the day while maintaining the overall goal of flexibility and strength that we are working towards. I highly recommend her to everyone I work with. She sees how you move and how the different aches, soreness and muscle tightness create an overall picture. She's a joy to work with!"

"Allie is the real deal when it comes to helping people feel comfortable in their bodies. She has been one of my yoga instructors for several years. She clearly knows the insides and out of bodies, how the different parts interact, and various techniques to help her students and clients feel great as they occupy and move in their bodies.
She has a broad tool bag that she brings to her therapeutic yoga practice and instruction - including myofascial release, knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians, and yoga practices from different lineages. Admirably, she constantly expands her knowledge of anatomy and modalities related to optimal body function and healing. As her students, we are all better off for it. "

"Yoga has been the best of all the alternative therapies I've tried for my chronic neck pain. Allie has been a wonderful instructor and coach, starting with private sessions and moving on to group classes. She is incredibly knowledgeable and gifted at tailoring yoga postures and exercises to what I need to help with what is going on with my body. Her kind and gentle manner makes her very easy to work with. Allie's expertise with myofascial release has been a great help as well. Thank you Allie!"
