Yoga has become a lifestyle choice for Allie and brings her much happiness and joy in her daily life. It's her hope to share this experience with others through her classes, one on one private sessions, and workshops. Allie currently teaches prenatal, restorative, pranayama, myofascial release, and a strong hatha/vinyasa style of yoga.
EXCEPTIONAL TRAINING WITH YOGA MEDICINE
As a Yoga Medicine® Registered Therapeutic Specialist, Allie is trained to look at the function & dysfunction of the human body in order to work more efficiently. She has received her 500 RYT through Yoga Medicine and is currently working towards her 1000 hour certification. She is committed to gaining a deeper understanding of the human body and to incorporate therapeutics into her teachings . More about Allie

Allie is insightful, supportive and encouraging. I work with chronic neck and hip issues and she always customizes our sessions to the needs of the day while maintaining the overall goal of flexibility and strength that we are working towards. Yoga has been the best of all the alternative therapies I've tried for my chronic neck pain. Allie has been a wonderful instructor and coach, starting with private sessions and moving on to group classes. She is incredibly knowledgeable and gifted at tailoring yoga postures and exercises to what I need to help with what is going on with my body.
